How to Use

Start with a tiny amount on pinky finger and apply under eyes, then use ring finger to pat in. Add more as needed.

Bobbi’s Tip:

You could apply a touch of Eye Cream on top of The Neutralizer Pencil if you’re having an extra dry day. Or, if you need to touch up before you go out, add a touch of Eye Cream over your undereye makeup to refresh the look.

Q: Can you apply it on the lid of the eye?

A: Yes, you can apply it on the lid of the eye if you have dry lids or at nighttime. If you have oily lids, we don’t recommend doing this during the day, as it could cause your makeup to move/smudge.

Q: Does it work under The Face Pencils?

A: Absolutely. It is the perfect base underneath The Face Pencil. Make sure not to use too much, as that could cause the concealer to crease/move throughout the day.
